lol yea it's not too practical, but keep thinking about it and you might come up with something cool ;-)

you're going to need some hellla strong magnets. neodymium is the strongest magnet right now and you would need big-ass chunks of it. plus your suspension curve would be no movement, then ramping up progressively in reverse kinda where travel would get faster and faster farther down the wheelpath. and then you'd lose your frame. i don't know, one part of me sees it working and thinks its really cool and then the logical part of me is like HELL NAW lol

i really just took a small spill on a boardwalk when i was riding. totally just a freak accident. my knee was bent when it hit the pavement and the skin tore.

pack the tubes full of sand and cap the ends before any forming to avoid creasing the pipe. With some clever grinding and some heavy steel plate the formers can be made. A hyd press is all you need. Pretty much every engineering shop has one. when i get around to it i will put up some pics.

He mate, thanks for your nice comments. The chain stays and swing arm are custom formed by myself. I have made forming tools to create 's' shape. The bottom swing arm is chromo streamline oval which is $$ and the top 22.2 (7/8") chromo. In the process of making some more forming tools to flatten round to oval. If you are keen i can do some for you.
